Pirkanmaan Art Orientation weekend at Walleniuksen Wapriikki
Walleniuksen Wapriikki is participating in the Pirkanmaa Art Orientation weekend event on 26-27 April 2025.
Walleniuksen Wapriikki is a trendy, award-winning cultural center that offers a unique factory environment for lovers of art, culture and fine dining in Juupajoki. The historic castle-like factory building by the rapids, Finland’s first industrial shoe factory, creates an atmospheric setting for the changing exhibitions of Finland’s largest private art gallery, brunches accompanied by live music, concerts and events.
Exhibitions
During the Art Orientation Weekend, Walleniuksen Wapriikki will be open from 26-27 April from 11 am to 6 pm. There will be exhibitions by several artists at the same time, such as Jenni-Maria Kouchi, Marita Kouhia, Aino Ellilä-Rocca, Silja Tusa, Jäämyrky, and Mia Huu and Jemina Kuu.

Brunches and café
Enjoy the art experiences along with the delicacies of an atmospheric brunch on 26-27.4. at 12-4pm or at the café. The Singer tea and coffee room and boutique offer taste experiences as well as local crafts and seasonal delicacies.
The train will take you straight to your destination in Juupajoki. Come experience a journey through time to the pulse of a cultural heritage site and enjoy an experience for all your senses!
